1. Export from UMS: Go to the Coordinator tab on the UMS. Select either Export All Detailed Grades for all courses or Export Detailed Grades for a specific course.
2. Import into the Tool: Upload the exported Excel file directly into the tool's interface.
3. Process and Download: Click on "Process and Download Zip". The tool will compile the data and automatically initiate the download.

Output Format: You will receive a ZIP file containing the restructured landscape roster PDFs for each section. Every file is automatically named using the following standard nomenclature: [CourseCode]_[Campus]_[Section]_[Semester].pdf
